This has been the home of Zodiac Ranch for the last two years. Unfortunately this house has
not sold yet, so we may be in the position to rent out this beautiful home for the next year. We are looking for
a reliable family to rent the whole house for $1800 per month, furnished or unfurnished, or could rent out rooms
to single people for $450 - $600. There will also be a furnished apartment in the lower walkout level available
for $800. There is 12 acres with this property, with some of it fenced for horses. If you would like to also
keep a horse here, it would be an extra $100 a month if you supply all the care and feed. Non-smokers only.
We are in the process of moving to our new location on Wixom Rd. Our new property is 12 acres that backs up to
the riding trails of Proud Lake Recreation Area.
